Terms & Conditions
1. Competition is open to Hong Kong and Macau residents only.
2. Winner must complete required details to be eligible for the contest.
3. The promotion on Tube will run till June 14, 2010. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email. If organiser fails to contact the first winner by a week after the drawing, another winner will be re-drawn.
4. The winner must present his/her prize notification email for prize redemption. Prize is not transferable and must not be sold by winner nor exchanged for cash or other consideration.
5. Employees of Tube Culture Limited and hmv Hong Kong Limited, their agencies, or people directly connected to the contest are not eligible to win.
6. The organisers' decision in all matters relating to this draw is final.
