Japanese singer-songwriter Shena Ringo will release a compilation and DVD to celebrate her 10th anniversary in the music business. 私と放電 will be released on July 2 on 2CD and initial print 2CD set. The album collects 22 b-sides or non-album songs. The initial print special edition includes lottery leaflet for advance ticket reservation for her 10th anniversary concert later this year, a sticker flyer of 10th anniversary logo, and a special 10th anniversary paper. 
 
A DVD, 私の発電, collecting all music videos from the debut single to the latest, will be released on the same day. It includes lottery leaflet for advance ticket reservation for her 10th anniversary concert later this year and a sticker flyer of 10th anniversary logo. The DVD also includes a new music video of "メロウ".
