A Quiet Place [2018]

The last time that we cannot move in our seats in cinema, we were watching Don't Breathe. This time, we cannot even drink our soda drinks (because of the noisy straw). That is how much tension A Quiet Place offered us. For the first half hour, the film is a bit slow but it helps building up the bond and guilt of the surviving family. Even if we expected every single jump scare parts, we still got surprised, thanks to the great work by the cast and great execution of editing. One bad thing about it is that it is trying to explain too much details. It would be even better if it can leave some of the mysteries unsaid.
