Taken from Oasis's tour documentary of the same name, "Lord Don't Slow Me Down" starts off with the guitar riff seemed like borrowed from "Lyla". After leaving major label, Oasis is like speeding on the highway, and this song represents that kind of feeling. The band put their explosive guitar parts into a blues song, and a confidence vocal performance by Noel Gallagher gives the song its fresh sound. The guitar riffs also prove the band are in their harmonious mode.
