The Rope Curse

Taiwan urban legends suppose that when someone commits suicide by hanging, a curse remains in the rope. A ritual to burn the rope must be performed in order to eliminate the curse, and anyone who even looks at the burning may be cursed. Looking for clicks, Internet vlogger Jia-wei travels to Changhua to capture the ritual on video. But when the ritual is ruined by a supernatural force, he opens up a decade-long grudge involving his girlfriend Shu-yi that must be resolved once and for all.
