Norah Jones is famous of her jazz music. She turned country in 2003 with The Little Willies. In 2006, with a support set for Brooklyn indie rock band Pela, she tipped her toes into the rock'n'roll ocean. Disguised as a punk rock figure and under the pseudonym of "Maddie", she started a rock band called El Madmo with "El" and "Mo" (Handsome Band's Daru Oda and Andrew Borger respectively). The band have finished their self-titled debut album and it will be released on Conor Oberst's Team Love Records on May 20. You can listen to three tracks: "Head In A Vise", "GGW" and "The Best Part" on their official website.
