Plot synopsis

A moving social commentary about corruption and greed within humanity, Dutt stars as Vijay, a homeless, cynical poet. After being rescued by a prostitute but later presumed dead, his works suddenly flourish and become a success. The spectacular mise-en-scène, lyrical, expressive camera movements and attention to detail validate Dutt's frequent comparisons to Orson Welles.
