Tangle

Tangle opens and ends with a car crash. In between, it explores the complex life of a jaded patrol officer in small-town China. Married and soon to be a father but estranged from his Christian mother, Du Jun is a man who struggles with his conscience. But the past begins to haunt him when he meets his ex, Yang Min. Her brother, a new recruit on the police team, becomes a pivotal character who makes Du Jun realise past mistakes.
