Chanthaly

Beautiful and sheltered Chanthalay (Amphaiphun Phimmapunya) was raised alone by her overprotective father (Douangmany Soliphanh) and takes regular medication to ward off a hereditary heart condition. But Chanthalay begins to experience visions of her dead mother - an impossibility because her mother died in childbirth and Chanthalay can't possibly remember her face. Are the visions merely hallucinations induced by Chanthalay's medication, or is her mother trying to communicate from beyond the grave?
