Returning to director Matthew Vaughn's spy actioner Kingsman: The Golden Circle is a laughable and exciting ride. The action sequence is so smooth that it outdoes the first film. Even though the film plot is a bit expected, this sequel is so much fun to watch, especially an excellent performance by Elton John.
The Golden Circle also sets up a bigger worldview of the well-tailored spy world, or great taste in liquor for the US ally Statesman. We would love to see what the next chapter can offer to outdo this one.
