Train To Busan Sequel Peninsula Lands Summer 2020 HK Release Date
Director Yeon Sang-ho returns to the world we last seen in Train To Busan in its sequel Peninsula. Peninsula is set 4 years after the last film, South Korea is now isolated by the world with zombies roaming in the country. A group of Koreans boards a ship and arrives in Hong Kong and start their new lives as Peninsula refugees.
Ironically, Hong Kong government has recently closed its border to South Korea nationals due to Wuhan coronavirus situation, but they do n close border to Chinese mainlanders where the virus originates.
The film has landed a summer release date in Hong Kong, where the film is distributed by Edko Films, and Taiwan.
