Spread Your Wings 2019

Based on real life events, Spread Your Wings is good at balancing narrative pacing and leading audience's emotions. From a city boy's point of view, we experience his transformation into a species rescuer. We see the boy learning how to take care of the geese, and overcoming challenges on his flight, and we feel for it. We feel his efforts trying to achieve his goal, and it is rewarding to see it come to fruition. It is not just the migration plan completed, but also for the boy and people around him to connect again with each other, making it a surprisingly powerful inspirational film.
