Pitt finally finds an eyewitness to the killing - Fatty who is persuaded to testify against Tiger the killer. But Tiger attacks. Pitt arrests Tiger. But Superintendent Chiang frees Tiger and removes Pitt from the case. Then Tiger firebombs Fatty's residence.
