Several years after Bills, the God of destruction, waged a fierce battle against Majin Boo and went to sleep, Bills awakes and appears in front of Son Goku. Kaio advises Son Goku against fighting Bills, but Son Goku ignores his advice and goes up against against Bills. Son Goku is defeated by Bills, who wields absolute power. Bills warns of destruction and disappears. To stop Bills, Son Goku and his friends gather.
