Titta Di Girolamo, a 50-year-old man from southern Italy living in an anonymous hotel in Switzerland for mysteriously 8 years. 8 years he stays plus 8 years of silence and cigarettes, sitting elegantly in the lobby or bar, but has never done anything. He constantly receives a suitcase full of money that allows him to pay the bill on time. Until he begins to communicate with Sofia, the beautiful young woman who works behind the bar, his complete detached world abruptly turns upside down.
