Fuku-chan Of Fukufuku Flats

A hardworking construction labourer and a good friend to his fellow tenants in Fukufuku Flats, Fuku-chan is well-liked by most, but has never had luck with women. One day, unemployed photographer Chiho (Mizukawa Asami) visits Fuku-chan to apologise for a cruel act she committed against him as a teenager, starting a friendship that finally brings Fuku-chan out of his shell.
