Respeto

Hendrix is an impoverished street kid who battles in the underground Manila rap scene to escape a dead-end life of crime and drugs. He makes an unlikely friend in Doc, a former political dissident who teaches Hendrix how to infuse his rap lyrics with the poetry of the streets. But the past informs the present, and this particular circle of life never ends well.
