Chef Flynn

// Plot_Synopsis

Vogue named Flynn McGarry, the 20-year-old NYC-based, self-educated chef, "the Justin Bieber of food", who opened his first fine-dining restaurant in New York last year.

Constructed from eighteen years of home videos, shot by Flynn’s mother, Meg McGarry, director Cameron Yates takes a personal look at the culinary prodigy's unconventional coming of age, and his mother's dedication to helping him along the way. From hosting dinner parties at his California living room, to landing an apprenticeship at New York’s prestigious Eleven Madison Park, and eventually being featured in the New York Times.
