After opening My Cinema Yoho Mall, a new IMAX cinema in Yuen Long, Broadway Cyberport will add a CGS 4K Laser screening house after current renovation work completes. This is the 280th China Giant Screen (CGS) cinema and the first in Hong Kong. The new house will feature 4K laser projection system, that supports 4K resolution and high frame rate (HFR) playbacks, and new Dolby Atmos surround sound system.
There will be a launch event next Wednesday and it should be open to public shortly after that.
