Last month, we visited the now newly-opened The Metroplex cinema at KITEC. Target at luxury cinematic experience, the cinema consists of 9 houses (including 3 VIP houses), providing over 1,100 seats, and a VIP lounge, which is connected to VIP House 9. Each house is equipped with digital 3D and 4K projectors, with Dolby Digital 7.1 or Atmos sound systems, which we think are what we movie-goers want!

Here are some technical information for all 9 houses. We also went back to watch at House 1 after it's launched, and it is very comfortable to sit on those leather chairs and the sound system is really powerful even for a hall that large. We are sure more and more people would visit it when it provides more non-mainstream choices in the future, especially it is one of the participating venue of the upcoming .
