ELDT On Screen: What Is Man?

Nine actors - whose names happen to be the same as those of nine outlawed heroes from The Water Margin - pit their acting skills against one another in different scenarios during an audition for a gangster movie.

They seem to bond as a band of brothers. But beneath the friendly façade flows a tide of secret plotting and strife.

As they begin to lose themselves in the role-playing-game world of the audition, each struggles to assert his manhood and unwittingly reveals more about himself - and the frailties and desires of Man - than intended...
