Paris, 1930. Salvador Dalí and Luis Buñuel are already the main figures of the Surrealist movement. Unexpectedly, Buñuel is left moneyless after the scandal surrounding his film The Golden Age. In this difficult situation, he cannot even tackle his next project, a documentary about one of the poorest Spanish regions, Las Hurdes. However, his good friend, sculptor Ramón Acín, buys a lottery ticket with the promise that, if he wins, he will pay for the film. Incredibly, luck is on their side.

David (Gary Oldman), is a struggling blue-collar captain and maritime expert, who is looking to make a better life for his family - his wife Sarah and their two daughters, teenage Lindsey and 8-year-old Mary. Strangely drawn to a 70-year-old auction ship whose mysterious origins may be older still, David convinces Sarah that the boat can be their ticket to happiness and prosperity, something they desperately need in their lives. But soon after they embark on their journey, strange and frightening events begin to terrorise David and his family, causing them to turn on one another. With tensions high, the ship drifts off course, and it becomes horrifyingly clear that the family is being lured to an even greater evil waiting for them at sea.

Seiichi Natsume owns a stylish flower shop called "mellow". Unmarried and girlfriend-less, he loves working with flowers and leads a peaceful life. After transferring to a new elementary school, his nephew Saho often stays home and misses classes. One day, Saho's mother, Natsume's big sister, shows up and leaves Saho in his care. There is a ramen noodle shop in the neighbourhood where Natsume sometimes takes Saho. It is run by Kiho, a young woman who inherited the shop from her late father and who has Natsume provide flowers for the altar at her house. Hiromi, one of mellow's regular customers whose family owns a beauty salon nearby, has a secret crush on Natsume. As Natsume diligently runs his flower shop and serves its various customers, Mariko, another regular customer and a housewife, confesses her love for him. Right in front of her husband... Natsume finds himself enmeshed in other people's affairs of the heart, but his own thoughts are...

Sex is about what is forbidden not what is available. The plot centres on a couple: Lena is a talented obstetrician and gynaecologist, and her husband Sergey is an actor in a provincial theatre. My Prince Edward is set in Golden Plaza, a shopping mall in Hong Kong best known for bridal shops and cheap wedding supplies. Fong is a clerk at one such bridal shop. However, there is an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly when Sasa forgets the pain of the breakup and starts over.

At a magnitude of 9.0, the strongest earthquake in Japan's history struck, triggering a huge tsunami and carnage to the effect of more than 19,000 people dead. It mercilessly swallowed the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima prefecture.
