At a beautiful seaside city, when honest discharged navy man Lao San gets caught in the crossfire of a bank robbery, he becomes the city's crime-fighting crusader. Working with the local police, he uses his extraordinary fighting techniques learnt from the navy, to help putting the baddies behind bars.
